What kind of work can you take off our hands?
The jobs your team repeats every week: answering quote requests, entering emailed orders, answering order status questions, matching supplier invoices, chasing late payments, keeping contracts and certificates in date, putting the weekly numbers together. If a job follows the same steps each time, we can most likely take it on. And when a piece is missing from your systems, such as a module your ERP doesn't have, a portal for your customers or a link between two systems, we build that too.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
In most cases, yes. We work inside what you have: Outlook or Gmail, Teams or Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, SharePoint, Google Drive and your spreadsheets, Xero or QuickBooks, Business Central, Odoo or SAP. Nothing to migrate; your data stays where it is. If we don't connect to one of your tools yet, we can usually add it as part of your setup.
How is this different from automation tools?
Automation follows fixed rules and stops when something doesn't fit them. We combine AI agents that read and decide with your own knowledge and tables, so loosely written emails, contracts and requests with details missing are handled too. Anything that must be exact still comes from plain rules, and you don't build or maintain any of it; we do.
Will it replace our people?
No. It takes on the repetitive steps. Your people keep the checking, the decisions and the conversations with customers.
Is our data safe?
It reaches only the tools you connect, with the access you agree to. Everything it does is recorded, and you can disconnect a tool or have your data deleted at any time. If your requirements are stricter, tell us on the call, and we go through them with you.
Do we need anyone technical?
No. You tell us how the job is done, the way you would explain it to a new colleague, and we build it, run it and keep it up to date. Your team's part is explaining the job, giving access to the tools it needs, and approving the changes once it runs.
What happens after the call?
If the job fits, we build it on your examples and show it working in your systems, so you judge it on your own cases before you commit to anything. If you want to go ahead, you get the price in writing. Then we run it for you, keep it working as your business changes, and take on the next job when you are ready.
